What the program looks like?

We will talk every week, doing bi weekly lessons via phone calls or Zoom Meetings and biweekly check ins. On the lesson weeks you will be receiving handouts, and on check in weeks you will be receiving blogs to help you stay on track. Each week you will receive a new healthy recipe to try! You will also have unlimited emailing during this time with any questions you have.

  • How to pair certain foods together to maximize energy levels, fullness, and overall wellbeing.
  • Eating on the go tips and tricks.
  • How to stay healthy while eating out
  • Individually calculated number of calories to be eating
  • Advise on how to distribute calories throughout the day
  • Training on what a heathy carbohydrate is, how much you should be eating, and what that looks like.
  • What a healthy protein is and how much you should be having per meal.
  • What a healthy fat is and how that fits in your day.
  • Training on mindfulness, and how to apply that to how you eat.
  • Importance of vitamins and minerals
  • Help working through any GI related issue
  • And more! I individualize every single client to meet their exact needs!

 

What you will receive! 

  • Includes RenPho Body Fat Scale shipped directly
    to your home. You will weigh in on our check-in
    call days.
  • Lab testing included! Tests are shipped directly
    to your home. You can chose between A) one food
    sensitivity test at the beginning of the program,
    OR B) a metabolism test at the beginning and end
    of your program!
  • One initial Zoom consult with me (45
    minutes)
  • 15-minute check-in phone calls weekly.
  • Detailed meal plan that has been tailored to your
    specific bodies needs/goals/food allergies, etc.

      body changes and workout routine intensifies,
      declines, etc.
